Common Troubleshooting

Before reaching out, check these common issues:

I'm not receiving alerts

1. Go to iOS Settings > Notifications > Dog Thunder and ensure "Allow Notifications" is on.
2. Check that your ZIP code is correct in the app settings.
3. Ensure your phone has an internet connection to fetch the forecast.

Alert time seems wrong

Dog Thunder sends the overnight alert at the "Preferred Alert Time" you set in the app (default is 6 PM). You can change this in the Settings tab.

Connectivity issues

If the app says "Unable to fetch forecast," please check your internet connection. If the problem persists, try force-closing the app and reopening it.
