By downloading, installing, or using the Dog Thunder app or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Dog Thunder provides weather alerts specifically designed to notify dog owners about approaching storms that may cause anxiety in their pets. Our Service includes:

• A free version with overnight weather alerts
• A Pro version (available as a monthly subscription of $1.99 or annual subscription of $14.99) with additional features including Apple Watch app, All Day Monitoring, and SMS/email alerts

3. User Accounts

You do not need to create any account to use the Dog Thunder service. The only information required is a ZIP code so the app can monitor your local weather. Without a ZIP code, the app does not function. This ZIP code is never tied to any personally identifiable information and is not stored in any off-site servers.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate weather information and timely alerts, Dog Thunder relies on third-party weather data. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of weather predictions. The Service should not be used as your sole source of weather information for critical decisions.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Dog Thunder is free to use for overnight weather alerts. A monthly subscription of $1.99 or annual subscription of $14.99 is available to unlock Pro features of an Apple Watch app, All Day Monitoring, and the option to also get alerts via SMS or email. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (such as Apple App Store or Google Play). These transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of those payment processors.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by Dog Thunder and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dog Thunder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any inaccuracies or delays in weather predictions or alerts
• Any actions we take or fail to take as a result of communications you send to us
• Any damage to your pet or property related to your reliance on our Service

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dog Thunder, its employees, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
